Series of Independence Cup Tournaments
This year, Ukraine’s Independence Day will be honored in a unique manner, and PokerMatch has dedicated a tournament series to the occasion.
The Independence Cup event series with a total guarantee of $12,000,000 will begin on August 12 and conclude on August 27 with 80 knockout tournaments on BL Hold’em, Omaha, and Chinese Poker.
There will be tournaments with large guarantees, including two events with 1,000,000 guarantees and the Independence Cup Main Event with a 2,000,000 guarantee.
Tournament entry fees vary from 110 to 1,100. The cost to attend the PKO Main Event on August 27 is 2,500 yen.

Independence Cup Competition with a Prize Pool of 100,000 TM
PokerMatch, a Ukrainian poker room, has regularly created a scoreboard for the tournament series’ top players. Points are added to the leaderboard for each defeated opponent. The amount of points is determined by the tournament entry fee:
100 to 274 – 1 point per knockout; 275 to 499 – 2 points per knockout; 500 to 749 – 5 points per knockout; and 750 and above – 10 points per knockout.
At the conclusion of the score session for the Independence Cup leaderboard, the top 25 players will split 100,000 tournament hryvnia.
